Thanks for dropping in. It takes courage to open up to a different point of view. Let not your heart be troubled
and be not afraid this is one place where religion and politics can be discussed openly and without reservation.
I will start the conversation with this, I hate religion. The word religion has been hijacked from what it truly means.
Our society has turned it into a worthless list of do's and don'ts in an effort to gain God's approval. There is really
only one kind of religion God approves of and that is to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep
oneself from being poisoned by the world. Pure untainted religion is having a personal relationship with God
which compels you to make a difference in the lives of others. In a nutshell, love God with your whole being
and love others as yourself.
I hate politics too. It's a corrupt game of lies, piles of dirty money and back room deals. Without any
real accountability it has no hope of bringing real change. Government was instituted by God to protect people
not to lie, manipulate and steal their freedom. I believe the only hope for this great country is a return to the
principles it was founded upon. People have the basic human right to live free from an oppressive Government.
Only in the fertile soil of freedom does possibility and hope for our future flourish. I draw strength from the fact
that if we put our trust in God the purpose we serve is much higher than the schemes of a mere man. Light always
pierces through the darkness. Truth will transcend the deception and will ultimately win the day despite who
occupies 1700 pennsylvania Avenue. In the meantime we will laugh, sing, and continue to make a difference
in whatever capacity we can. This website is one of the many ways I get to do that so enjoy!
